As a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant at AspenTech, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth through our Digital Grid Management team at AspenTech. In this role, you will be responsible for building influential relationships with key stakeholders in the business, to attract and hire the world's best talent. You will impact business results and growth through a consultative and collaborative approach, becoming knowledgeable in the Digital Grid/Utilities industry, competitive landscape and talent market. You will play a key role in driving the recruitment process and making recommendations based on analytics to hire top talent.

Based in our Medina, MN office, you will work closely with other members of a dispersed Global HR team, coordinating closely with colleagues focused on cultivating talent for what are often niche and technical positions. Your Impact
  • Oversee the development of the initial job requisition including revision of job descriptions, documentation of each Recruitment Campaign, obtain approvals and maintain accuracy of ATS.
  • Drive full life-cycle recruitment process, including Offer process to hire the best talent possible.
  • In collaboration with colleagues, prospect for passive talent through search engine and social media, as needed.
  • Collaborate on and provide data analytics to steer recruitment strategies.
  • Champion AspenTech Branding efforts through influencing hiring teams for involvement and taking part in creation of relevant content for our social channels.
  • In collaboration with Business Leaders and Talent Acquisition leaders, foster and lead early talent recruitment strategies for AspenTech.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with candidates, providing timely follow up, feedback and correspondence as required, and ensure momentum is maintained through the selection process.
  • Consult hiring managers on market conditions, candidate availability, and recruitment options.
  • Conduct 30-60-90-day review meetings with the Hiring Manager to proactively identify and eliminate obstacles to successful completion of the campaign.
  • Take part in and manage on-going Talent Acquisition projects ranging from University Hiring, Branding, to Sourcing strategies and technology upgrades.
What You'll Need
  • Bachelor's degree or 6 years of relevant professional experience.
  • 4+ years recruiting experience required with related experience in balancing fast-paced needs with operations and sales roles. Ability to direct source at a high level.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively handle a full requisition load as required and balance multiple needs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to use data in influencing hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Ability to drive direct sourcing strategies to reduce reliance on contingent placement firms.
  • Eagerness to work in an environment focused on transformation, continuous improvement, solutioning and both collaborative and independent problem solving.
  • Prior experience recruiting for technical, Sales, Professional Services and Solution Consulting roles is a plus.

Work Location:

AspenTech has a global hybrid workplace for most of our roles. Employees are expected to work in the office 4 days per week and may work remotely 1 day per week, unless the employee has a reasonable accommodation or other approved exception to the hybrid workplace schedule. This role follows our 4-1 hybrid model and is based in Medina, Minnesota.

The salary range for this role is $85,900.00 - $107,400.00. This range represents what we in good faith believe is the range possible for base compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on several factors. This range may be modified in the future. This role is also eligible for bonus or variable incentive pay. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, charitable giveback day, medical/dental/vision insurance, and retirement benefits to eligible employees.
