Primary Responsibilities

Social Media Execution

Schedule and publish one post per day across priority platforms including LinkedIn
and Instagram.

Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual standard across all content.

Ensure posts are accurate, on brand, and published on schedule.

Present posts for review and obtain approval from the Director of Marketing prior to publishing.

Content Planning and Creation

Participate in monthly strategy sessions with the Director of Marketing to understand themes, priorities, and goals.

Execute content against agreed monthly themes and priorities.

Create original content including static posts, carousels, video, and designed graphics.

Design images and visual assets to support content themes and campaigns.

Source and organize approved imagery, video, and project materials.

Influencer and Partner Support

Support content coordination and posting related to influencer or partner efforts.

Performance Visibility

Track engagement metrics including likes, comments, shares, and saves.

Track follower growth by platform.

Prepare a concise monthly summary of engagement and follower trends to support strategy discussions.

What Success Looks Like

Execution and consistency:

One post per day is published consistently with no unplanned gaps.

Content aligns with monthly themes and priorities.

Posts are reviewed and approved prior to publishing.

Brand voice and visual standards are applied consistently.

Performance visibility and outcomes:

Monthly engagement and follower growth summaries are delivered on time.

Performance data is available and ready for monthly strategy sessions.

Engagement and follower growth meet or exceed agreed monthly targets established with
the Director of Marketing.

Ownership and development:

Content schedules are managed reliably within defined processes.

Feedback is incorporated consistently, with visible improvement over time.

Questions and issues related to assets, approvals, or timing are raised early.
