Description

Leidos is seeking a Program Scheduler to support operations at Goodfellow AFB in San Angelo, TX. The selected candidate will play a critical role in optimizing student scheduling by forecasting student throughput, managing training seat allocations, and leveraging the Technical Training Management System (TTMS) Learning Management System (LMS) to identify incoming students. This position requires daily coordination with 313 TRS Advanced Course Training Managers to ensure class requirements are met and allocations are fully utilized. The Program Scheduler will also work closely with TRQI managers to resolve issues related to training line numbers and minimize the need for training waiver letters. An active Top Secret/SCI clearance is required.

What Sets You Apart (Required):

  • Bachelor's degree and 4+ years or Associate's and 6+ years of relevant experience. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

  • Active TS/SCI security clearance.

  • Expertise with student loading procedures using the AETC TTMS LMS

  • Knowledge AETC and training regulations and standards

  • Strong communication skills-Will be required to provide daily updates to the appropriate 313 TRS TMs to meet training throughput requirements

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, SharePoint, and Excel

  • Strong organizational skills: must be able to keep multiple projects separate and several components within the same project straight

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Highly Desired:

  • Experience with 313 TRS pipeline feeder course scheduling and projections

  • Experience in managing complex integrated master schedules, including coordination with all stakeholders (e.g. TMs, TRQI Managers, feeder course managers).

  • Expertise in forecasting student projections using AF Gaining Unit PAS codes

  • Thorough understanding of the TRQI/TLN student loading processes

  • Well versed with tracking and compilation of LMS student data for trend analysis and record keeping

  • Skilled in providing LMS system training and procedural guidance to instructional staff
