Fueling your passion:
We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Lead Graphic Designer to drive the visual identity and brand consistency for the Flow Control and Safety Solutions division. This role will serve as the "true north" for design standards, ensuring all marketing assets produced by the broader team align with brand guidelines. The Lead Graphic Designer will create high-level, impactful designs for campaigns and product marketing, while developing templates and frameworks for offshore teams to execute efficiently.

As a Lead Graphic Designer, you are being responsible for:

  • Brand Leadership - Serve as the primary guardian of visual identity, ensuring all marketing assets meet brand standards and maintain consistency across digital, print, and multimedia platforms.

  • Creative Design Execution - Develop high-impact graphics for brochures, presentations, trade show materials, and integrated marketing campaigns, while creating reusable templates for recurring assets.

  • Strategic Concept Development - Translate product marketing strategies into compelling visual concepts that elevate campaigns and strengthen brand positioning.

  • Collaboration & Communication - Work closely with product marketing specialists and stakeholders to align creative output with messaging and clearly communicate design rationale and brand principles.

  • Workflow Optimization - Build scalable design systems, maintain organized asset libraries, and implement quality control processes for offshore and internal teams.

  • Innovation & Continuous Improvement - Stay ahead of design trends, introduce new tools and techniques to enhance efficiency, and advocate for creative innovation in marketing strategies.

  • Mentorship & Sustainability - Provide guidance to offshore teams, promote best practices, and support sustainability initiatives through eco-friendly design approaches.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communications, or a related field.

  • Have 8+ years of experience in graphic design, with at least 3 years in a midlevel or lead role.

  • Have proven expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma) and familiarity with motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects, Maya, Blender).

  • Have a strong portfolio showcasing highlevel creative work across digital and print platforms.

  • Have experience developing brand guidelines and scalable design systems.

  • Have excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work with crossfunctional teams.

  • Have knowledge of UX/UI principles and digital design best practices (a plus).

  • Have familiarity with sustainabilityfocused design practices and emerging design technologies.
