As a Sales Operations Specialist at PitchBook, you will serve as a trusted partner to our global Commercial teams (Sales, Customer Success, Support). You will operate with increasing autonomy to diagnose issues, develop solutions, and ensure the smooth functioning of our operational ecosystem. This role requires strong analytical skills, an understanding of core business metrics, and the ability to balance technical and business considerations when making decisions. You will act as a first responder for technology tool inquiries, proactively identify process improvements, and influence the adoption of tools and workflows across the organization. You will also contribute to change management, enablement, internal documentation, and the onboarding of new team members. This role involves regular crossfunctional collaboration and requires the ability to manage expectations, communicate trade-offs, and tailor communication to a variety of audiences. As a member of this team, you will partner closely with the Sales Platform team to ensure global communications, change management, and enablement activities are executed for biweekly releases and larger initiatives.
