Responsibilities:

• Lead the Quality Group in support of the Quality Manager
• Cover vacations for the Site Quality Manager and Quality Leads
• Ensure lab equipment is properly maintained and calibrated
• Backup/support inline NDT
• Flexibility to work across shifts (primary shift is days)
• Oversee inspections and manage nonconforming material disposition
• Support and maintain the Quality Management System (ISO 9001)
• Act as liaison with customers and sales regarding product quality
• Provide training and technical guidance to quality team members
• Assist with shipping inspections as needed
• Travel occasionally as required
• Promote and lead safe work practices in compliance with regulatory and company standards

Requirements:

• Associate's Degree + 2 years experience in a manufacturing environment (or equivalent military service)
• Minimum of 5 years in a Quality field role, with at least 2 years in a Supervisor or higher-level position
• Strong knowledge of product specifications/standards
• Experience with ISO 9001 Quality Systems, NDE inspection, and API products (preferred)
• Excellent listening, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong computer proficiency and ability to follow written/verbal instructions
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and professional
