Employee Relations Support
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations inquiries, ensuring timely, accurate, and empathetic responses.
- Manage the Auxiliary Employee Relations ticketing system via team Dynamix
- Conduct intake, documentation, and coordination of employee relations cases, including workplace concerns, complaints, and policy violations.
- Support investigations by gathering statements, organizing evidence, preparing summaries, and maintaining case files.
- Create and maintain appropriate documentation tracking each employee's progress, policy violations, disciplinary actions, etc.
- Confer with management to develop and/or implement personnel-related procedures for the division.
- Partner with University Workforce Engagement and leadership to ensure consistent application of policies and procedures.
