Location: Remote, Central or East Coast (Located close to large airport hub)

As a Corporate Accounts Manager at Terex, you'll play a pivotal role for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with the largest contractors in the utility industry. This role focuses on driving utility vehicle sales through distribution partners while creating demand with end users and ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker who can balance competing priorities, resolve conflicts, and create sustainable growth plans. Exceptional communication skills are critical, as this role requires influencing and engaging decision-makers at all organizational levels.

What you'll do

  • Demand Creation: Proactively generate demand for utility vehicles among end users by understanding their operational challenges and positioning solutions that deliver value.
  • Strategic Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with top-tier utility contractors to understand their business needs and position our solutions effectively.
  • Sales Execution: Drive utility vehicle sales through distribution channels, ensuring revenue targets and market share goals are met.
  • Long-Range Planning: Develop and implement multi-year strategic plans for corporate accounts, aligning with overall company objectives.
  • Conflict Resolution: Navigate and resolve conflicts between contractors, distributors, and internal teams to maintain strong partnerships.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategy and identify growth opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with distribution partners, operations, and product teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Performance Reporting: Track and report on account performance, pipeline development, and strategic initiatives.

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Sales, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the utility or heavy equipment industry.
  • Proven ability to manage complex accounts and drive revenue growth.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of decision-making.

Salary: The compensation range for this position is $140K-$180K. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
