Process Owner III

Location: Hybrid within commutable distance to a service area state location, periodic travel required

Your role in our success:

The Process Owner III provides senior level support for the end-to-end oversight, optimization, and continuous improvement of key business processes and systems across SAP work streams, customer experience platforms and enterprise-wide solutions. Process Owners ensure operational efficiency, system integrity, and compliance with internal and external standards. They work cross-functionally with business units, IT, and vendors to drive business solutions that align with corporate goals.

What you'll be working on:



  • Documents, maintains, and continuously improves business processes and system workflows across
    assigned areas.
  • Serves as a subject matter expert (SME) and strategic advisor on cross-functional business systems, processes and on SAP work streams and related business applications, or other business solutions.
  • Acts as a liaison between business units, IT, and vendors. Includes managing the intake of issues and requests, performing initial analysis and either resolving or escalating as appropriate.
  • Works cross-functionally with IT, business leaders, and vendors to improve workflows, resolve system/process issues and drive system/process enhancements.
  • Participates in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and change management efforts.
  • Supports training content development and updates to process documentation.
  • Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and internal control standards.
  • Collaborates with project teams and cross-functional stakeholders to implement and monitor process changes.
  • Participates in the On-Call Supervisor rotation. On-Call shifts are scheduled in one-week intervals. Annual minimum is two shifts as primary and two shifts as backup.
  • Maintains awareness of industry best practices, tools, and trends related to customer experience, digital solutions, and enterprise systems.
  • Owns end-to-end process governance, identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) and driving continuous improvement.
  • Leads large-scale system implementations, upgrades, and enterprise change initiatives.
  • Collaborates with senior leadership to align process solutions with organizational strategy.
  • Oversees vendor relationships, including contract management, SLA tracking, and performance evaluations.
  • Coaches and mentors junior team members and promotes process ownership across departments.
  • Deep knowledge of SAP (S/4HANA, C4C, FSM, or SSAM) or enterprise systems and business process documentation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Experience with compliance and process documentation.
  • Strong vendor management and compliance oversight experience.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into scalable solutions.


Who you are:



  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field, preferred.
  • 5 years of experience in process ownership, enterprise systems, customer operations, or related fields.
  • Standard drivers' license
