POSITION SUMMARY:

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for managing the company's digital presence, planning and executing integrated programs across various forms of media to include but not limited to paid media, SEO, website/CRO, email/nurture, webinars, and social to generate qualified pipeline and revenue. This position collaborates closely with Product Marketing, Marketing Communications, Information Systems, and Commercial Operations to turn scientific interest into measurable demand.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Strategy & Planning

o Build quarterly digital plans aligned to strategic campaigns, personas, launches, and revenue targets.

o Create campaign briefs with objectives, audiences, messaging, and KPIs.

* Channel Management

o Paid Media (SEM/Display/LinkedIn/Programmatic): Architect accounts, keywords/audiences, bids, and experiments; optimize for CVR, CPL/CPA, and pipeline. Collaborate with SEO/SEM Specialist on SEM.

o Web: Drive web strategy with focus on conversions. Work with SEO/SEM Specialist on SEO strategy and implementation.

o Landing Pages: Build/test pages and forms using marketing automation platform and run A/B tests to maximize KPIs.

o Email & Marketing Automation (Marketo/HubSpot/Eloqua): Manage nurturing, scoring, routing logic, and deliverability. Collaborate with MarCom and PMM on content and Commercial Operations on execution within marketing automation platform.

o Webinars/Virtual Events: Collaborate with Campaign & Events Manager to execute internal webinars.

o Social Media (LinkedIn/YouTube): Develop and execute organic and paid social media strategy, collaborating with Marketing Communications and Product Marketing on content.

* Analytics, Attribution & Operations

o Manage GA4 and GTM configurations, conversion events, and QA; ensure accurate pixels across channels.

o Maintain attribution and taxonomy (UTMs, campaign naming); partner with Salesforce/CRM and Commercial Operations on dashboards (Looker Studio/BI).

o Report weekly/monthly on CTR, CVR, CPC, CPL/CPA, MQL/SQL, pipeline/revenue influence; translate insights into next actions.

o Ensure compliance with brand, claims, and privacy (GDPR/CCPA/CASL); manage cookie consent and data hygiene.

* Collaboration & Enablement

o Collaborate with Product Marketing on audience/offer/message fit and content briefs.

o Coordinate with Campaign & Events to design and execute digital campaigns and event promotion.

o Collaborate with Commercial Operations on marketing automation

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

* Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience.

* A minimum of five years of hands-on digital marketing in B2B experience.

o Life Sciences preferred).

* Experience with marketing automation (Marketo/Eloqua/HubSpot), Salesforce/CRM, A/B testing tools (VWO/Optimizely/Convert), and a modern CMS.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

* Proven ability to scale qualified traffic and pipeline while improving efficiency.

* Expertise with Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, LinkedIn Ads, GA4, GTM, and SEO tools (Ahrefs/Semrush/Screaming Frog).

* Strong analytical skills; comfortable building dashboards and making data-driven decisions.

* Excellent copy instincts for ads, LPs, and emails; basic HTML/CSS familiarity a plus.

* Demonstrated propensity to be creative, collaborative, proactive, and self-motivated in the execution and completion of assigned accountabilities.

* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-energy, demanding and deadline driven environment.

* Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently.

* Demonstrated critical thinking and analytical skills, as well as the ability to handle complex situations and demonstrate sound judgment and problem solving.

* Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple and often changing priorities and issues of varying complexity, while meeting time-sensitive deadlines and deliverables.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

While performing the duties of this job, the individual is frequently required to sit and stand for long periods. The individual is occasionally required to walk; use hands and fingers to operate, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

The position is performed in a traditional office or home office environment.

COMPENSATION SUMMARY

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $101,400. to $154,700. This salary range represents a general guideline as MSD considers other factors when presenting an offer of employment, such as scope and responsibilities of the position, external market factors, and the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities, education and experience. Employees may qualify for a discretionary or non-discretionary bonus in addition to their base salary. These annual bonuses are intended to recognize individual performance and enable employees to benefit from the Company's overall success.
