Press space or enter keys to toggle section visibility The role is dedicated to Principal Finance's Equity and Capital Solutions strategy. The strategy covers junior capital, structured equity, and select private equity investments in a variety of sectors including but not limited to financial services, business and IT services, and infrastructure. Your primary responsibilities will be identifying, analyzing, executing, and managing attractive risk/return investment opportunities. Key day-to-day contributions will include: Leading diligence conversations and efforts with internal teams, counterparties and external experts Presenting in meetings including investment committee discussions Gathering data from differentiated data sources to support investment theses with an evidence-based approach Preparing critical analysis including robust financial models, quality of earnings analysis, and KPI analysis Distilling information into succinct investment committee memos / external presentations Salary range for this position: $120,000 - $210,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
