About the Role:

Join the Media Department within the Global Marketing & Communications team to develop high-quality, computer-generated (CG) visual content in support of corporate marketing, social media, VIP events, trade shows and internal communications. This role partners closely with marketing, creative, program and leadership colleagues to deliver visually compelling, accurate and brand-aligned CG assets across digital, video and experiential platforms.

Major Activities Include:
Ensuring creative deliverables meet quality, schedule and brand standards while supporting enterprise marketing objectives across internal and external channels. The CG Artist will translate concepts, technical inputs and storytelling requirements into polished CG visuals that support campaigns, events and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities to Anticipate:
  • Develop high-quality CG imagery, animations and visual assets for social media, web, video, presentations, trade shows, VIP events and internal communications.
  • Collaborate with Global Marketing & Communications leadership, producers, and cross-functional stakeholders to interpret requirements and deliver visual solutions.
  • Support development and concept visualization through accurate and compelling CG representations.
  • Create CG assets that align with brand standards, messaging strategy and visual identity guidelines.
  • Translate technical data, engineering inputs and abstract concepts into clear, visually engaging content.
  • Participate in creative reviews and product critiques.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality expectations.
  • Prepare CG assets for various output formats, including digital, video, large-format displays and immersive environments.
  • Maintain version control and documentation in accordance with department standards.
  • Evaluate emerging tools, workflows and techniques to improve efficiency and creative quality.
  • Support proposal development, executive presentations and strategic communications as needed.

Minimum Qualifications / What you must have:
  • Degree in Computer Graphics, Digital Media, Animation, Fine Arts or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5 - 7 years of professional experience in CG content creation, visualization or digital media production.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in industry-standard CG and rendering tools (e.g., Unreal Engine, Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D or equivalent).
  • Strong understanding of lighting, materials, composition and rendering workflows.
  • Experience producing CG assets for marketing, events, video or experiential environments.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities across multiple projects.
  • Experience working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to high visual quality standards.

Additional Information:
  • Experience supporting large organizations, government, defense or complex technical programs.
  • Experience with real-time rendering or immersive media (AR/VR, interactive environments).
  • Experience with motion graphics or video integration.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator).
  • Experience with Presentation design and executive-level visual storytelling.
