Join Allied Universal on an unarmed, driving patrol post at a fast-paced tech location, where you will help monitor assigned areas through vehicle and foot patrols, remain highly visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and support teams and visitors with strong customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service by following Allied Universal post orders, security-related procedures, and site-specific policies within a tech-focused workplace such as an office, studio, or data center environment.
  • Conduct regular and random foot patrols of interior spaces, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
  • Monitor access points and verify authorization for employees, contractors, vendors, and visitors; assist with badging and/or visitor logs per site procedures.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; request medical, fire, and/or law enforcement support when appropriate and within scope.
  • Document observations, patrol activity, and incidents in reports and shift logs; communicate pertinent information to site contacts and incoming officers during shift transitions.

Minimum Requirements:

  • A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • A minimum of 6 months of security-related experience is required.
  • A guard card and/or security license is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
