Media & Content Strategist

This is a 3-month, full-time, hybrid (remote Mondays & Fridays) contract role located in Culver City, CA.


Summary

The Media Strategist will support a global media team responsible for planning and executing integrated media campaigns across multiple platforms. This role partners closely with agency and regional teams to help shape media strategy, optimize performance, and measure success across entertainment-focused campaigns.


Our Ideal Candidate

  • 4-6 years of experience in media strategy, planning, or entertainment marketing
  • Passion for entertainment and media, with a strong understanding of creative best practices across markets
  • Proficient in multi-channel media planning and performance analysis across TV, online video, CTV, digital, social, radio, out-of-home, and search
  • Familiar with campaign measurement frameworks, including performance insights, consumer research, and media mix modeling
  • Skilled in collaborating with agency partners, analytics teams, and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution across multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, timelines, and stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate insights into clear, visual storytelling
  • Experience supporting growth marketing initiatives and subscription-based campaigns is a plus


Job Description
In this role, you will support the planning and execution of integrated global media campaigns across the full marketing funnel. You'll partner with agency teams, creative partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure campaigns are strategically aligned and flawlessly executed.

This includes assisting with weekly reporting, campaign storytelling, and insight-sharing across stakeholder groups. You will analyze KPIs, set benchmarks, review historical performance data, and help drive ongoing optimizations. You'll also provide media-informed creative best practices and monitor consumer media trends to inform future strategies.

You will collaborate with domestic and international markets, as well as analytics partners, to ensure consistent reporting, performance measurement, and adherence to brand and media standards.


Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent practical experience
  • Background in media strategy, entertainment marketing, or media agency environments
  • Experience supporting global or multi-market media campaigns


Additional Requirements

This opportunity is located in Culver City, CA and requires hybrid work

The pay for this W-2 position is $64.32 per hour

This position may be eligible for benefits such as PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements
