In this role you will work in a dynamic, fast-paced setting focused on customer service and closing deals. This role requires exceptional decision-making skills, strong communication skills and the ability to multi-task as part of a team.

What You'll Do

  • Open and manage escrow accounts for residential and commercial real estate transactions

  • Safeguard and disburse escrow funds with precision and integrity

  • Prepare, review, and process closing documents from open to settlement

  • Coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, agents, and attorneys as a trusted, neutral liaison

  • Ensure all settlements are completed in full compliance with company policies, state regulations, and industry standards

  • Proactively identify, monitor, and mitigate risk to protect clients and the company
