The Manager, Wound Care Sales is responsible for leading a team of B2C and B2B sales representatives focused on growing Wound Care revenue through effective lead management, outbound prospecting, and consultative selling. This role is accountable for coaching and developing team members, driving consistent execution across inbound and outbound motions, and improving conversion performance across the funnel.


This leader will regularly inspect sales activity, pipeline quality, and workflows, while partnering closely with Sales Operations, Marketing, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and revenue outcomes.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:



  • Leading, coaching, and developing a team of B2C and B2B Wound Care sales representatives to achieve meeting, pipeline, and bookings goals in a growth-oriented environment
  • Monitoring individual and team performance; providing ongoing coaching, feedback, and corrective action to ensure consistent execution, skill development, and alignment with company expectations and policies
  • Conducting regular coaching observations and deal reviews, including call audits and activity inspections, to improve call quality, qualification, follow-up, and overall sales effectiveness
  • Monitoring and optimizing sales workflows and processes in partnership with Sales Operations and Business Systems to remove friction and improve productivity
  • Collaborating with Marketing and Demand Generation to assess lead quality, campaign performance, and outbound effectiveness, and provide actionable feedback to improve results
  • Partnering with Sales, Product, and other internal teams to align on go-to-market strategies, customer needs, and growth opportunities within Wound Care
  • Other duties as assigned

YOU'VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE:



  • 2+ years of experience leading or mentoring a team of early-career sales professionals
  • 2+ years of experience with a proven record of exceeding sales quotas inSaaS consultative sales
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Healthcare or related field
  • Experience leading through regular 1:1s, call coaching, deal reviews, and performance feedback.
  • The ability to drive sales across inbound lead management and outbound prospecting motions to achieve meeting, pipeline, and bookings targets.
  • Experience inspecting and improving sales activity, call quality, and qualification standards using CRM data, dashboards, and call recordings.
  • Consultative selling principles to coach reps in uncovering customer needs, handling objections, and positioning value-based solutions.
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales enablement tools to manage pipeline, forecast accurately, and maintain high standards of data integrity and process adherence.
  • The ability to analyze performance data to identify trends, diagnose gaps, and implement corrective actions that improve conversion rates and productivity.
  • The abilility to communicate clearly and directly with team members and cross-functional partners to set expectations, resolve issues, and drive alignment

IN OFFICE REQUIREMENT:

Relias values collaboration and wants to ensure that our team members have opportunities to work with their teams regularly for professional development opportunities. Our flexible hybrid work environment requires that you live in the state of North Carolina, within a commutable distance to our office (~1-hour commute). You would be expected to work in our Morrisville, NC Headquarters approximately 40 days/quarter.
