Sales Intern, Onsite - 3 days per week, Forks Township GENERAL SUMMARY: The Sales Internship provides a dynamic opportunity for a highly motivated undergraduate or MBA candidate to gain handson experience within a worldclass consumer products organization. The intern will work alongside senior commercial leaders and crossfunctional partners to support realtime business initiatives that influence Crayola's gotomarket strategy across key flagship retailers. Throughout the program, they will build core competencies in data analytics, customer strategy, retail execution, financial acumen, strategic thinking, and leadership communication while engaging in meaningful project work, attending leadership meetings, and gaining exposure to Crayola's Commercial Operating Model. At the conclusion of the internship, the intern will deliver a capstone presentation to senior leadership highlighting key learnings, demonstrated business impact, and strategic recommendations for future organizational improvements. JOB SPECIFICATIONS: Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools. Passion for consumer products and a creative mindset.
