Market Business Analyst

The Opportunity:

Support the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, manage deal registrations, maintain CRM data accuracy, and create performance reports while collaborating across teams to optimize processes. Ensure accurate lead tracking, efficient deal registration, clean CRM data, and insightful reporting for leadership. Support the day-to-day execution and optimization of marketing and sales operations. Ensure leads areproperly managed, sales processes run smoothly, and data isaccurateand actionable. Support the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation and qualification through deal closure. Facilitate and manage deal registration processes, ensuring accuracy, completeness, andtimelyfollow-up. Work with sectors tomaintainand update data within theProductCRM system, including leads, opportunities, accounts, and contacts. Ensure data integrity and consistency across marketing and sales systems. Support the maintenance and updating of dashboards and reports to track marketing and sales performance. Analyze data to provide insights on pipeline health, lead conversion, and campaign effectiveness. Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to improve processes and workflows. Assistwith documentation of processes and best practices related to marketing and sales operations. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

You Have:

• Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
• Experience working with data, reports, and dashboards
• Experience with Excel or BI tools
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to pay strict attention to detail
• Ability to work cross-functionally and support multiple stakeholders
• Ability to improve processes and data quality
• Bachelor's degree in a Marketing, Business, or Operations field
