Reporting to the VP of Sales Strategy and Transformation, this role operates as a trusted advisor and key strategic partner to global sales leadership, helping shape, influence, and accelerate adoption of critical transformation initiatives. This role goes beyond execution-driving enterpriselevel change strategies, crossfunctional alignment, and longterm capability building across our worldwide Sales organization. The ideal candidate brings a proactive, datadriven mindset, operating comfortably with ambiguity and guiding senior stakeholders through complex, multiworkstream transformation. Compensation: At OpenText, we offer a thoughtfully designed benefits package that supports your physical, emotional, and financial wellbeing. As you move through the hiring process, we're happy to provide more details about our compensation programs, including variable and commission compensation opportunities for eligible roles, vacation entitlement, and paid time off. Salary Range:$130,000 - $170,000 Depending on the candidate's education, experience, skills, geographical location, and alignment with internal equity and external market, actual salary may vary and be higher or lower than the range posted.
