As the
Customer Technology Manager, you will lead and manage Customer Technology Solutions to maximize customer satisfaction, market leadership, and profitability, while overseeing onboarding and training for Caterpillar digital platforms and supporting equipment solutions through effective customer onboarding and connectivity processes.
