We are seeking an experienced Supervising Program Manager (SPM) to lead ITC Federal's support to the ICE Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) Office of Intelligence. This role serves as the primary point of contact for a large-scale, $100M+ Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) supporting mission-critical intelligence and investigative operations across ICE. The SPM provides enterprise-level oversight for a complex, high-visibility program, coordinating multidisciplinary teams of Operations Research Specialists and Data Scientists across multiple ICE organizations. The program's mission is to transform aggregated, proprietary, and sensitive data into actionable intelligence that directly supports criminal investigations, threat identification, and strategic decision-making. This position requires strong leadership, deep federal program management experience, and the ability to operate effectively within a fast-paced, data-driven law enforcement environment. Responsibilities RESPONSIBILITIES:
Contract Administration: Act as the single Point of Contact (POC) for the Office of Intelligence and manage the overall contract effort, including all work performed under the SOO.
