Tour of Duty: Monday-Friday, 0900-1700 (Full-Time)

Position Overview
The Executive Administrative Assistant provides high-level executive and administrative support to the Regional Director, supporting strategic coordination, correspondence, scheduling, reporting, and executive communications.
Minimum Qualifications
- Education: BS/BA degree
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years supporting GS-14/GS-15-level executives
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage the Regional Director's calendar, meetings, deadlines, and conference room scheduling.
- Draft, edit, and prepare executive correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, and briefings.
- Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes, interoffice communications, and follow-up actions.
- Arrange travel, lodging, and off-site meeting logistics.
- Serve as primary or alternate timekeeper for assigned offices.
- Track and manage HQ-assigned ESTT suspense items and deadlines.
- Support FOIA responses, personnel actions, and executive-level reporting.
- Coordinate training requests, calendars, and funding with Mission Support Branch.
- Support IT coordination, office supply management, and emergency taskings.
- Maintain organized executive filing systems and documentation repositories.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Access, and Visio
- Strong executive-level communication, organization, and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
General Notes (All Positions)
- All positions are proposal positions contingent upon contract award.
- Normal tour of duty includes a 30-minute unpaid lunch break.
- Personnel must meet suitability and background requirements before reporting.
- Business Casual attire is required at a minimum.
