Certified Nurse Midwife

POSITION SUMMARY
The certified nurse midwife shall work in collaboration with the practicing physicians to provide comprehensive health care to midwifery patients including antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, gynecology, and labor management and delivery. Will function within the Bylaws of the Medical Staff, and the limits of their licensure and certification.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Graduate of an accredited school of nurse midwifery.
RN with current Vermont License with endorsement as certified nurse midwife
EXPERIENCE
Three to five years clinical experience as a nurse midwife preferred.
