Visit our Benefits & Perks Page for more information on benefits provided to regular full-time employees. About The Position The Supervisor, Laboratory supports the operations of the Ameren Missouri laboratory in the role of a supervisor and chemist. Key responsibilities include:
Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry from an accredited college or university required. Five or more years of relevant experience in analytical chemistry required. A Master's degree in Chemistry from an accredited college or university is preferred and may be considered in lieu of two years of the required relevant experience. Supervisory or team leadership experience preferred. Experience in the electric utility industry also preferred. In addition to the above qualifications, the successful candidate will demonstrate: Must be proficient in the use of PC-based applications, including spreadsheets, graphics, word processing, and database software preferred. Good analytical, communication, human relations, and customer service skills required. Must be able to wear a respirator. Must be able to operate a motor vehicle and have a valid driver's license. After preliminary review, selected applicants must take the First Line Supervisor Test and obtain a recommended status in order to be eligible for additional selection procedures (e.g., interview) designated for this position. Additional InformationAmeren's selection process includes a series of interviews and may include candidate testing and/or an individual aptitude or skill-based assessment. Specific details will be provided to qualified candidates. Compensation Range: $105,100.00 - $162,900.00At Ameren, base salary is one component of a competitive compensation package for employees. Our pay ranges are broad to allow for movement within our organization and to accommodate different skill sets and levels of expertise. We take into consideration a variety of factors including, but not limited to, skills, abilities, experience, education, credentials, and internal equity when determining the base salary offered. Roles are eligible for additional rewards including annual incentive payments based on individual and company performance.
