What You'll Do:

• Carry out security-related procedures and site-specific policies while providing excellent customer service to clients and visitors at an aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for armed personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the property, including both interior and exterior perimeters, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
• Maintain a visible presence and remain alert to any suspicious behaviors or activities, reporting findings promptly to the appropriate Allied Universal contacts and/or site management.
• Assist with access control by verifying credentials and monitoring entry points as required for an armed post in an aerospace and defense environment.
• Support emergency response efforts, including evacuations and incident management, as directed by Allied Universal procedures and site-specific guidelines.
• Document observations and incidents accurately in daily activity reports and/or incident logs.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have 3 or more years of combined law enforcement military or security experience or possess a college degree.
• Be a graduate of a law enforcement or military police training program or an equivalent program.
• Possess an armed guard card or license.
• Have 5 or more years of security-related experience.
• Possess an active Department of Defense Top Secret clearance.
• Possess a law enforcement officer license.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
