As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol retail and mall locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining a visible presence. You will conduct routine patrols and engage with visitors, delivering exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail or mall location, including both interior and exterior areas, to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns.
• Observe and report any unusual activity, property damage, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits and verifying authorized personnel as required.
• Support emergency response activities as directed, such as guiding individuals to designated areas or assisting first responders.
• Maintain detailed and accurate logs of daily activities and incidents as required by Allied Universal and client guidelines.
• Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal team members to provide information or assistance as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
