Summary Job Description: Baptist Health Medical Group is looking for a Practice Manager I to join our Cardiology clinic in Bardstown, KY. Job Summary: Under general supervision, this position directs and oversees all daily operations, both administrative andclinical services, for one physician office site, with up to 4 providers, and up to 15 employees. Responsible formanaging, planning and coordinating the operations of the office which includes supervising all officepersonnel, billing and collection procedures within the office, monitoring delivery of patient services, planningfor space allocation, and acting as liaison with patients, businesses, hospitals and senior leadership.
