Description

LaForce is looking for a 1st Shift Metal Fabricator to play a key role in producing high-quality hollow metal frames and components. Your hands-on work will help ensure precision, safety, and reliability on every project.

What You'll Do



  • Set up and operate CNC Mechanical Shears, Hydraulic Press Brakes, and Punch Presses.
  • Operate spot-welding equipment.
  • Read and interpret shop orders, drawings, and frame templates.
  • Safely operate forklifts to move materials.
  • Maintain accurate paperwork and production records.
  • Support other fabrication operations as needed.


What We're Looking For



  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 1-3 months of related fabrication or manufacturing experience preferred (training provided).
  • Ability to read and follow safety rules, work instructions, and procedures.
  • A strong work ethic and attention to detail.


Physical Requirements



  • Frequent lifting and carrying up to 70 pounds.
  • Pushing/pulling up to pounds of force.
  • Occasional climbing, balancing, sitting, and forklift operation.
