Salary Grade: T26

Pay Range: $49,250-$70,964 (annually)

Position Summary
The Administrative Coordinator will provide a broad spectrum of support the Center Director, the faculty, research and administrative staff for the Aging + Cardiovascular Discovery Center.

Required Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree and at least one year of related administrative support experience or the equivalent of 3 or more years of experience.

An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Required Skills and Abilities

- Demonstrated computer skills, and proficiency with MS Office Suite software programs.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse constituent population.

- Demonstrated organizational and prioritization skills, along with the ability to work in a dynamic environment and to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

- Responsive to critique and feedback.

- Ability to perform in a large, fast past environment

This position requires a background check.

This position will be on-site.
