Temple University's College of Public Health is searching for a Department Coordinator! Become a part of the Temple family and you will have access to the following: SALARY RANGE: $21.50 to $24.50 Position Summary: In addition, the department coordinator will provide departmental operational support to the Chair and faculty, including but not limited to mail, office supplies, and filing; resolve various routine problems and answer questions under minimal supervision within established policies and procedures; maintain all inter- and intro-departmental correspondence; provide reception support to the department and respond to telephone and in-person inquiries with a positive customer service orientation; manage calendars and schedule appointments, and maintain coverage in the departmental office; Performs other duties as assigned.
