Position Title: Treasury Management Regional Sales Manager Business Unit: Treasury Management Reports to: Director of Treasury Management Position Overview: This player/coach position is primarily responsible for managing a team of TM Officers tasked with the sale of TM/Commercial Card services to government and business entities. Job duties often involve complex or innovative product solutions in order to manage and support existing clients and meet production and cross sales goals both external and internal to the Treasury Management area. Position is responsible for the training, coaching and professional development of their team of Treasury Management Officers and for achieving assigned team goals. Primary Responsibilities: Sells various complex Treasury Management services to prospects and existing business and government entity clients. Shares results with their team as an educational/coaching tool. Conducts joint sales calls with Treasury Management Officers to monitor expertise, coach on best practices and identify knowledge gaps for future training. Solicits customer feedback to share with Product Management and Director of TM as appropriate. Manages Treasury Management relationships on generally sophisticated client relationships to ensure retention and continued cross-sell identification. Utilizes the Baker Hill CRM system to record and track sales activities and provides monthly sales performance reporting as necessary. Conducts product training and provides regular updates on Treasury Management services to other departments and Regional Market leadership. Determines an appropriate level of product pricing including interest rate margins and establishes pricing for client relationships. Works closely with applicable product managers on exception pricing not already identified as "available for use". Ensures that any exception pricing is reviewed annually to ensure that it continues to be warranted. Supervises professional development activities of assigned Treasury Management Officers. Identifies timeline for TM Officers to study, sit for and pass the Certified Treasury Professional exam for continued employment and advancement opportunities. Performs other related duties and projects as assigned. Knowledge of cash management functions within client organizations including knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
