Description
The Program Manager, Talent Development is responsible for executing and scaling enterprise learning and development programs that support leadership, technical, and colleague capability building across Convergint. This role operates in a fast-paced, evolving environment where structure is still being built. The ideal candidate brings strong corporate experience, excellent program management skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality work while managing multiple initiatives at once. The expected compensation range for this position is between $95K-125K annual salary with eligibility for an annual bonus, depending on experience.
