The Adobe Technology Services - Product Manager, Corporate Shared Services will be part of a Product Management Team working with Adobe Cross Cloud, other Product & IT teams and Business Teams to understand the capability/feature, analytics & insights requirements to deliver end to end solutions and address business problems through solutions and data insights. The Product Manager will own specific work streams within a broader problem-solving process. They will identify the most relevant information from Adobe functional and Product teams needed to test hypotheses. They will then synthesize this information to build actionable business recommendations. The ideal candidate should be able to: The Challenge
- Recognize the sources of data/information that are most applicable to addressing the key issues on a project.
- Help develop compelling "stories" that convey the relevant synthesized solutions and insights in a compelling manner to various internal partners.
- Synthesize information across a wide variety of insight sources including Adobe Cloud System, Product Systems, SAP ECC/S4HANA, Sales Force and MS-Dynamics, analytical systems (HANA, Databricks)
What you'll do!
- Be the subject matter expert regarding in financial applications and analytics
- Own the product vision, roadmap, and execution for enterprise-scale data products supporting ARR metrics, financial planning, and various financial reports.
- Identify and prioritize growth opportunities for the Adobe business growth through the use of various tools and techniques
- Use data, customer and competitive insights, and industry wide protocols to identify Finance platform capabilities
- Work with cross-functional teams to guide Finance products from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds.
- Collaborate with finance business unit collaborators, team members, and outside influencers to ensure a solid and well-rounded understanding of offerings and developing needs are met.
- Create cases outlining projected impact for each initiative to be prioritized on the roadmap
- Write detailed product requirements and complete use cases to be used by engineering & build teams
- Demonstrate functionality of completed products to internal colleagues and other team members
- Develop metrics to assess the success of products and features and determine necessary enhancements
What is needed to succeed:
- BA/BS in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of proven work experience (preferably high-tech industry) in product management, corporate finance solutions, managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle, development, and support
- Solid understanding of SaaS business models, and subscription walks.
- Ability to articulate in documenting end-to-end product requirements, writing functional specs and user stories including story acceptance criteria for the engineering team
- Solid business background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in finance-related software such as ERP, tax, and analytical solutions.
- Experience in multiple software product launches through their lifecycle, and adept at driving communication, planning, measurement, and decision processes within the team and in partnership with key partner organizations.
- Experience working with Application, Product Engineering, Cloud-based teams, and Analytical teams that employ scrum and agile methodologies
- Demonstrate outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Work effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. Communicate equally well with individual contributors and executives.
- Strong influencing and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop strong working relationships, build credibility and trust with team members and Senior Leadership using a dynamic leadership presence
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $111,700 -- $215,750 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. In California, the pay range for this position is $149,000 - $215,750
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
