As the Manager, Security Technology Systems, you will lead the development and implementation of electronic physical security systems and other projects that have strategic global physical security impact, aimed protecting people, property, and information assets. You will collaborate with corporate procurement and global IT to identify security system integrators and solutions. In this role, you will develop electronic security standards for system design, placement, deployment, and appropriate use. This position will also serve as the Corporate Facility Security Officer and reports to the Corporate Security Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate activities relating to the protection and security of company assets, employees, and visitors.

  • Oversee electronic security system standardization and implementation.

  • Identifies emerging technology and has new solutions vetted by IT security.

  • Assists with the development, implementation, and delivery of security system training.

  • Interacts with and manages 3rd party security system manufactures, integrators, and installers.

  • Approves data downloads from security systems.

  • Manages security system RACI model and collaborates with stakeholders to ensure system installations follow the approved RACI track.

  • Ensures electronic security standards are reviewed and improved at regular intervals.

  • Drive program and project implementation working closely with subject matter experts.

  • Serves as a point of escalation for vendor, manufacture and internal IT/Product team escalation of systems errors and failures.

  • Creates metrics and dashboards to measure process efficiencies to validate process changes; Presents to security and operational management on a regular basis.

  • Collaborates with IT Security on both existing and new design methods and standards for product platforms. This includes defining business requirements, user stories, overseeing development, user acceptance, and production testing for hardware/software turnover.

  • Recommends alterations to design, development, implementation, and analysis to improve quality of products, new technologies, procedures and/or efficiencies.

  • Maintains standards around solutioning, process and system leadership to Data Center Operations and system administrators who install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain the security systems/platforms for the organization.

  • Coordinates and manages Single Point of Failure (SPOF) and End of Life (EOL) reviews, including performing system and platform audits, assessments, and remediation.

Qualifications

  • Only U.S. Citizens, Green Card holders, and political asylees or refugees are eligible to apply. Must be able to obtain security clearance.

  • Bachelor's Degree required or 4 years of relevant experience in security, compliance, or Information Technology.

  • Experience in field operations and knowledge of areas, such as risk management, information technology, budgeting.

  • Technical background or training in systems and systems integration.

  • Depth of knowledge in CCTV systems, electronic access control system, intrusion detection systems, weapons detection systems, mass notification systems.

  • Understanding of management and dissemination protocols, technology changes, bandwidth, management, network configurations, and privacy rules and policies.*

  • Understanding of overlapping areas of expertise include physical security, manufacturing facility production operations, electronics, and IT.

  • Prior experience collaborating effectively with all levels of management; Demonstrated experience with public speaking and delivering presentations.

  • This is a hybrid position, with a minimum of 3 days in the office.

  • Travel will be minimal, up to 15%.
