We are seeking Technical Schedulers to support the development and operations of the Lunar Terrain Vehicle (LTV), the next-generation lunar surface mobility system that will enable Artemis astronauts and commercial partners to explore the lunar surface.

Responsibilities

The Technical Scheduler will:

* Develop, maintain, and analyze complex, multi-disciplinary project schedules using MS Project
* Collaborate with project managers, subsystem leads, and test engineers to define task sequences, dependencies, and
resource allocations
* Support planning and execution of hardware development, integration, and test campaigns
* Identify schedule risks, perform critical path analysis, and recommend mitigation strategies
* Deliver clear, actionable schedule reports and visualizations to stakeholders at all levels
* Ensure alignment with program milestones, mission time-lines, and configuration control processes
* Conduct cost and schedule integration, ensuring budget and resource requirements for programs/projects are achievable
* Attend key project meetings, reviews, and present schedule status/metrics
* Perform all other assigned duties



Qualifications

Required Education/Experience/Skills:

* BS degree in Technology, Engineering, or a related field and five (5) years of related engineering experience
-OR-
* BS degree in Technology, Engineering, or a related field and ten (10) years of related engineering experience

* Experience in technical scheduling, project management, or test operations
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project, including resource leveling, base-lining, and custom reporting
* Familiarity with human spaceflight hardware development, testing, or mission operations
* Demonstrated ability to work well in a team and independently on a dynamic development program
* Excellent data gathering, attention to detail, analytical and critical thinking skills
* Ability to understand technical concepts and designs and relate them to schedule inputs and impacts
* Strong understanding of waterfall scheduling methodologies and integrated master scheduling principles
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills

Preferred Education/Experience/Skills:

* Advanced MS Excel understanding
* PMP certification
* Agile certifications (e.g., Scrum Master, SAFe, PMI-ACP)
* Background in aerospace, systems engineering, or test integration environments

  • Grooming and dress must be appropriate for the position and must not impose a safety risk/hazard to the employee or others.
  • This position may require some commuting and traveling to other installations as needed.
