Your Job As a Construction Change Order & Claims Lead, you will be responsible for facilitating an effective change management process within construction projects. This role involves supporting project teams by producing detailed analyses and substantiations for change orders, managing claims, and collaborating closely with third-party consultants to drive timely resolution of issues. This position is based in Scottsdale, Arizona and requires up to 25% travel based on business needs. This position is not eligible for VISA Sponsorship. For this role, we anticipate paying $120,000 - $140,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
