About the Opportunity

DMI, LLC is seeking a Business Analyst Lead to join us.

Duties and Responsibilities:

In accordance with the Client's policies, established industry best practices, and requirements supporting the IT Asset Management Program, the Business Analyst Lead's responsibilities shall include:

    Serve as a key contributor to ITAM program compliance, audit readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives, supporting both operational and governance objectives
  • Supports development and refinement of ITAM policy, standards, and other governance documents
  • Translates operational requirements into governance language
  • Facilitates process modeling and gap validation
  • Draft governance documents and process flows
  • Conducts working sessions with ITAM leads and captures meeting minutes
  • Support ITAM operations by maintaining accurate asset records, ensuring data integrity across all systems of record, and validating asset lifecycle compliance
  • Generate timely and accurate reports on asset status, lifecycle metrics, and audit requirements to support decision-making and regulatory requirements
  • Generate deployment reports at the Client's request
  • Perform discovery activities at the client's request
  • Collaborate with ITAM leads, system owners, and operational teams to ensure corrective actions are implemented and process improvements are identified
  • Assist with data reconciliation activities if data discrepancies are found
  • Attend audit meetings and coordinate the compliance activities of Contractor Personnel


Qualifications

Education and Years of Experience:

  • Educational background: A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is often required.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience performing IT hardware asset management functions and responsibilities in a large enterprise.
  • Strong understanding of IT asset lifecycle management and software license management is crucial.
  • Ability to quickly resolve unexpected IT challenges.

Additional Requirements: Successful completion of a Public Trust background investigation and/or a Public Trust clearance.

Min Citizenship Status Required: Must be a U.S. Citizen
