Complete Description:

• The City seeks a full-time Oracle Apex full stack developer to support a robust financial application supporting key revenue streams for the City.
• Candidates must be experienced with designing and executing complex Oracle SQL logic in the integration of data to support its Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning system.

• Oracle Apex full stack developer, including gathering requirements, developing and implementing browser-based applications using Application Express - Required 10 Years.
• Experience designing and maintaining custom Oracle applications using Oracle Apex - Required 10 Years.
• Experience in developing scripts in SQL, PLSQL for data conversion, data migration - Required 10 Years.
• Experience in developing External Tables, Joins, Indexes, and sequences. Ability to write ad-hoc SQL queries and code shell scripts as needed - Required 10 Years.
• Query optimization, performance and tuning (PL/SQL) using SQL Trace, Explain Plan, Indexing, Hints, Bulk Binds, Bulk Collect - Required 10 Years.
• Experience debugging complex applications and remediating defects in a fast-paced environment - Required 10 Years.
• Effective creation of dynamic reports within the Oracle APEX environment, using APEX reporting tools - Required 10 Years.
• Ability to lead groups, gather requirements, define solution sets, and remediate defects - Required 10 Years.
