What You'll Do:
As a Software Developer, you'll partner with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and fellow developers to design, build, and support scalable enterprise software solutions.
In this role, you will:
* Design and develop backend business applications using C# and .NET
* Build and maintain RESTful APIs supporting enterprise financial and payment systems
* Modernize legacy applications into cloud-native services running in AWS
* Develop scalable microservices and event-driven solutions
* Collaborate on architecture, technical design, estimation, and Agile planning
* Write clean, secure, maintainable, and well-tested code
* Participate in code reviews and mentor other developers
* Improve application performance, reliability, security, and maintainability
* Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices
* Continuously evaluate new technologies and development practices that improve our products

Technology Stack
Our team works with technologies including:
* C#
* .NET / ASP.NET Core
* REST APIs
* AWS cloud services
* Microservices
* Event-driven and asynchronous architecture
* MySQL and DynamoDB
* Git
* Azure DevOps
* CI/CD pipelines
Experience with additional programming languages such as Python is welcome but not required. Our primary development platform is C# and .NET.

Qualifications

What it Takes:
* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience
* Professional experience developing software applications using C# and .NET
* Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs
* Experience developing cloud-based applications (AWS preferred)
* Experience with microservices, object-oriented design, and modern software architecture
* Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases such as MySQL or DynamoDB
* Experience using Git and modern source control practices
* Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, or similar DevOps tooling
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to collaborate effectively within an Agile development team
* Experience modernizing or replacing legacy applications is highly valued
* Experience with FinTech, payment processing, banking, or financial systems is a plus
