As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help maintain a secure environment for staff, patients, and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies within a healthcare environment, including responding to emergencies as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for healthcare locations.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and around the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
• Maintain a visible presence to help to deter unwanted behavior and provide reassurance to staff, patients, and visitors.
• Document observations, incidents, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal and client requirements.
• Collaborate with healthcare staff and emergency responders as appropriate to address incidents and support a secure environment.
• Follow all Allied Universal and site-specific policies and procedures while adapting to the unique needs of a healthcare location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• An armed guard card or license is required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• CPR and first aid certification is preferred.
• Experience with handcuffs, pepper spray, and/or baton is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
