Employment Type: Temp to Direct

Co mpensation: $19.00-$22.00/hr (+10% for 2nd shift)
Shift: 1st or 2nd
Schedule: 3:30PM - 12:00AM OR 11:30PM - 7:30AM
About the Opportunity:
As a Quality Inspector, you will play a critical role in ensuring products meet strict customer and industry standards through detailed visual, mechanical, and functional inspections. You'll work closely with engineering and production teams, leveraging your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy to maintain high-quality output across various stages of the manufacturing process. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering precise, compliant results.
Here's what you'd do:
  • Perform visual, mechanical, and functional inspections of components and assemblies to ensure compliance with customer specifications, including dimensional and cosmetic requirements
  • Accurately document inspection results and complete data entry in real-time using internal systems and logbooks
  • Review and interpret drawings, procedures, and purchase orders to verify product requirements and ensure proper inspection processes
  • Collaborate with engineers and production teams by providing feedback, directing rework activities, and confirming completion
  • Conduct in-process, final, incoming, and customer quality inspections while maintaining ISO compliance, ESD standards, and overall workspace organization

Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in inspection in electronics manufacturing
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in using an ERP system
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in high-volume work
What Sets You Apart:
  • IPC-A-600/610/620 certified with knowledge of ESD and ISO 9001 standards
  • Experience interpreting blueprints, schematics, and written procedures to perform detailed inspections
  • Proficient with inspection equipment and tools, including 3D AOI machines, multimeters, calipers, and torque drivers
  • Strong computer, math, problem-solving, and communication skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates reliability, and is open to growth and flexible scheduling

  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen
