SUMMARY

We are seeking a Support Engineer to provide technical service and operational support for customer accounts within the industrial water treatment and specialty chemicals space. This role serves as a trusted partner to customers by ensuring treatment programs, equipment, and processes operate safely, efficiently, and effectively.

The ideal candidate enjoys working directly with customers, solving technical challenges, and driving measurable value through process optimization and strong relationship management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver routine on-site technical service and support to customer facilities.
  • Monitor chemical treatment performance through testing, inspections, and data analysis.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to chemical applications, process equipment, and treatment systems.
  • Partner with customers to identify opportunities for operational improvements and cost savings.
  • Maintain proper inventory levels and support product delivery coordination.
  • Generate weekly and monthly service reports documenting activities and performance results.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Managers to maintain customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Ensure compliance with all environmental, health, and safety requirements.
  • Communicate technical findings and recommendations to customer stakeholders.
  • Support implementation of new technologies, products, and treatment programs.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Science, or related technical discipline.
  • 1+ years of industrial, manufacturing, water treatment, or technical service experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel within assigned territory.

Preferred

  • Experience in water treatment, process chemicals, or industrial services.
  • Familiarity with pumps, controllers, instrumentation, and automated monitoring systems.
  • Knowledge of industrial manufacturing processes.

The expected compensation range for this position is between $93,530.00 and $137,181.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
