Imagine your "office" is our brand-new Waterfront Pool at Horseshoe Bay Resort, a luxury oasis on the shores of Lake LBJ. We're looking for high-energy, hospitality-driven Pool and Lakeside Servers to join our team for the upcoming season!

Tentative Start Date: Mid-February > Pay: $6.50/hr + Tips (Premium earning potential!)

Your Mission (Job Summary)

As a Pool and Lakeside Server, you are the face of the Waterfront Pool experience. You'll provide exceptional service by taking orders, delivering high-quality food and drinks, and ensuring every guest feels like they've found paradise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hospitality First: Engage with guests daily using genuine Texas hospitality.
• Speed & Accuracy: Take guest orders and serve food/beverages in a timely, efficient manner.
• The Expert: Maintain a thorough knowledge of our food, wine, and cocktail menus to make perfect recommendations.
• Team Player: Attend pre-shift meetings, assist with bussing tables, and communicate special requests to the kitchen.
• Detail-Oriented: Maintain "impeccable" table settings and follow set-up checklists to ensure the venue is always guest-ready.

The Qualifications

• Age: Must be 18 or older to serve alcoholic beverages.
• Certifications: TABC and Food Handler (ServSafe) certifications preferred.
• Experience: Previous serving experience (especially in a resort or poolside setting) is highly valued.
• Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills in English.
• Physical: Ability to work in an outdoor environment; must be able to lift/move up to 50 lbs.
• Appearance: Maintain impeccable grooming and professional uniform standards (including slip-resistant shoes).
