The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience.

Job Overview:
The role of the Administrative Fellow is to provide robust support to the Leadership Team in the effective operation of the Medical Group. The Administrative Fellow will assist in the organization and facilitation of key operational initiatives for the Medical Group focused on a wide range of topics, including data reporting, clinical operations and quality improvement. Over the course of the year, the Administrative Fellow will gain experience in supporting practice management operations as a covering practice administrator or regional manager and overseeing the development and implementation of new programs. The Administrative Fellow will gain exposure to management decision-making while providing administrative support to key committees and councils.

Qualifications:
Required:
* The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate from a Master's Degree program looking to gain hands on experience in practice management.
* Completion of all orientation programs

Scheduling Requirements:
* Working Shift: 8:00AM-4:00PM, 8:30AM-4:30PM, or 9:00AM-5:00PM
* Day Shift
* Full-Time, 40 Hours Per Week

Essential Functions:
* The Administrative Fellow must possess the ability to effectively manage multiple complex projects and meet expected deadlines
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required
* The Administrative Fellow must be knowledgeable and supportive of the mission and role of the Medical Group and RWJBarnabas Health system and cognizant of, and responsive to, internal and external factors that affect the delivery of healthcare
* The Administrative Fellow is responsible for communicating progress and managing internal stakeholder expectations on project pilots, as well as new and on-going outpatient projects
* This position requires close coordination and communication with managers and clinicians throughout the medical group
