Security Officer - Manufacturing Patrol Driver

As a Security Officer - Manufacturing Patrol Driver in Oshkosh, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated areas within a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location. Your presence will help to deter unwanted incidents and provide a reassuring, security-related atmosphere for all personnel and visitors. This role involves routine patrols and visible engagement while delivering excellent customer service and communication. As this is a driving post, a valid driver's license is required. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including both interior and exterior areas.
• Observe for and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns within the facility and perimeter.
• Assist with controlling access to designated areas to help to deter unauthorized entry.
• Communicate and collaborate with Allied Universal team members and client contacts as needed to support security-related operations.
• Document incidents, observations, and activities in accordance with established procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Ability to work at locations with limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets or rustic guard shacks is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
