Biologics Production Technician Casa Grande, AZ Schedule:2nd shift 6:30pm-6:00 AM About the Role We are hiring Biologics Production Technicians to support manufacturing operations in a controlled, safety-focused production environment. In this role, you will prepare buffer solutions, operate equipment, perform quality sampling, and follow detailed SOPs to ensure product accuracy and compliance. What You Will Do Prepare buffers and solutions following established SOPs and batch records Operate, clean, and maintain production equipment and processing systems Perform quality checks and sampling to support product integrity Accurately document production steps, measurements, and inspection results Stock, stage, and handle raw materials according to contamination control procedures Follow cGMP, safety, and cleanroom standards at all times Must Have Experience Candidates must have experience in at least one of the following regulated production environments: Pharmaceutical Medical Device Automotive Semiconductor Aerospace Manufacturing AND experience in both of the following: Production / Manufacturing Operations SOP-driven work (following written procedures, documentation, compliance) PLUS one of the following preferred (but not all required): Quality Control or Quality Sampling experience Cleanroom or contamination control experience Equipment operation or mechanical troubleshooting experience Who Thrives in This Role This is a strong match if you: Work well in a process-driven environment Are detail-oriented and documentation-focused Prioritize safety, accuracy, and consistency Enjoy hands-on technical work and learning new equipment #ZR
