As an Demo Administrator based in Morgan Hill, CA the successful candidate for this position will be part of the Demo Management team working to manage, schedule and track product demo inventory used to support field sales globally.

Responsibilities will include:



  • Generating demo requisitioning orders, demo shipment orders
  • Demo receiving process (requires some heavy lifting)
  • Demo kitting and movement of demo kits to and from shipping (requires some heavy lifting)
  • SAP cycle counting of demo inventory in SAP
  • Maintenance of demo records
  • Scheduling of demo requirements (USA sales)
  • Communicating with Sales team and Reps globally
  • Keeping track of target shipment deadline dates (Utilizing calendar and/or white board)
  • Review FasseTrack scheduling system notices to ensure kits are transferred/shipped in a timely manner
  • Communication with Customer Service for demo inspections/repairs/upgrades
  • Review daily emails throughout the day for demo requests or any tasks
  • This position will report to the Supervisor, M3US Demo Administration based in Morgan Hill, CA.


Requirements:



  • 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar Customer Service, Logistics, Shipping or Administrative position
  • Prior experience with SAP systems a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong eye for details and accurate proof reading/verification skills.
  • Some knowledge and understanding of export regulations and compliance is expected.
  • Ability to lift 50lb+ demo kits and transport on carts to shipping area
  • Consistent attendance - on-site in Morgan Hill, CA. This is not a remote position.

The annual base salary range for this position is $64,000 - $68,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Anritsu Company considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
