  • Collaborate closely with team members to design and develop innovative electrical circuits for state-of-the-art optical modules.
  • Oversee the electrical design process from initial concepts, including block diagrams, to detailed schematics, ensuring high-quality output.
  • Engage with mechanical and software engineering teams to facilitate seamless integration across all design elements.
  • Coordinate with PCB layout experts to optimize electrical designs for efficient and effective production.
  • Test and debug complex multilayer PCB designs to ensure reliability and performance.
  • Provide critical engineering support to resolve hardware-related field and manufacturing test issues promptly.
  • Verify PCB designs and components under varying thermal and environmental conditions to ensure robustness.
  • Utilize factory and field metrics to proactively identify and remedy hardware quality issues, improving overall product integrity.


Must-Have:

  • Minimum B.Sc or B.Eng in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering
  • At least 5 years of experience in hardware electrical design
  • Experience in schematic capture and symbol creation
  • Proficiency in simulation tools for circuit analysis and power integrity
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Nice-To-Have:

  • Understanding of optical communications
  • Familiarity with optical transceiver designs
  • Experience using test equipment such as Digital Oscilloscopes and Spectrum Analyzers
  • Programming/Scripting ability in C/Python
