Entry level position to support Commercial Contracts activities including contracts administration, preparation and negotiation.

Responsible for supporting the commercial contracting processes across Clario, this role ensures accurate documentation, compliance with standards, and smooth collaboration between departments. You'll manage contract workflows, maintain data integrity, and contribute to operational excellence in support of Clario's mission to unlock better evidence for life-changing therapies.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Review NDAs, Work Orders, Change Orders, and other agreements against contracting standards; escalate deviations to leadership
  • Track and complete assigned tasks from management
  • Manage contract workflows to ensure internal approvals are obtained
  • Enter contract data into CRM/central database to support reporting of booked business, backlog, and forecasts
  • Maintain organized file structures for contract records and final QC
  • Represent the team in interdepartmental projects
  • Support client and regulatory audits as assigned
  • Lead electronic and hard copy filing of commercial contracts
  • Manage DocuSign uploads and document retention

What We Look For

  • 0-2 years of experience in commercial contracting or related field
  • Pharmaceutical or CRO background preferred
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including advanced Excel
  • Based in or authorized to work in the United States
