Your Opportunity:
Navitor, a Taylor Company, is looking for a Temporary Equipment Operator to join our team.

Your Responsibilities:
* Set up and operate printing equipment according to job specifications and company quality standards
* Perform routine maintenance (daily, weekly, and monthly) to ensure optimal equipment performance
* Prepare inks for proper color and consistency
* Verify paper type, size, color, and quantity before each run
* Check plates for correct format and alignment
* Inspect printed materials throughout production for consistent quality
* Coordinate with the Production Team to schedule, prioritize, and adjust jobs as needed to meet deadlines
* Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area

Your Shift:
* Part-time, Monday - Friday, 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM

You Must Have:
* Mechanical aptitude and ability to set adjustable mechanisms to required tolerances
* Strong math skills and attention to detail
* Good reading comprehension and ability to follow written instructions
* High degree of mechanical ability and problem-solving skills

Requirements Within This Position:
* Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information with others
* Regularly required to remain in a stationary position
* Frequently moves throughout the facility and operates machinery handling printed materials
* Must be able to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 25+ pounds

We Would Also Prefer:
* Ability to work with very close tolerances
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Good analytical ability
* Strong color discernment
